Possible Cause: Unsanitary water
Solution: Adjust Shock spa with sanitizer and maintain sanitizer level for 1 hour. (Add shock to Cart below)
Preventative Maintenance: Maintain sanitizer levels more carefully .

Possible Cause: Free chlorine level above 5 ppm
Solution: Allow free chlorine level to drop below 5 ppm before spa use. (try leaving cover up and jets on for 10 minutes)
Preventative Maintenance: Test first. Then add measured amounts of chlorine .
